Cabinet

(i)           
formally declared the
land at Ty-r-ywen Farm in Cwmbran, shown edged red on the plan accompanying
this report as being surplus to Council requirements;

(ii)         
authorised the Legal and Asset Management Services to
undertake the disposal of the land at Ty’r-ywen Farm in Cwmbran, shown edged red on the plan accompanying
this report; and

(iii)        
granted specific
delegated authority to the Executive Member for Resources &
Corporate Governance to determine any issues pertaining to the
disposal of the land at Ty-r-ywen Farm
in Cwmbran that will require member
approval, and specifically the disposal price.
