THAT CABINET:
Agrees to officers entering into a dialogue with officers of
Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, to progress to completion a
joint Expression of Interest, relating to a voluntary
merger;
Agrees that this dialogue will only proceed, subject to the
Cabinet of Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council also agreeing to
complete a joint Expression of Interest to voluntarily merge
Councils.
