Agrees

i)     
To approve the Council Tax Base for 2015/2016.

ii)    
To agree
the discount that is to be applicable to dwellings
that fall into the Welsh Prescribed Classes A and B under Section
12, of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 (the 1992 Act) as
amended.

iii)   
To agree the discount that is to be applicable to
dwellings that fall into the Welsh Prescribed Classes C under
Section 12, of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 (the 1992 Act)
as amended.
That
in the absence of a request for a paper copy of the information
that accompanies the demand notice that
this information will be issued electronically. 
 
Cllr Bob
Wellington CBE declared a personal and prejudicial interest in the
discount proposed for Classes A and B as stated in the report and
left the meeting while the item was considered.
