To seek approval to amend the Administration
and Business Support (ABS) structure and the Neighbourhoods &
Environment Licensing Team structure - by transferring 2 x Grade 5
ABS Officers to the Licensing Team. One ABS post is a full-time
post (37 hours per week), the other is a part time post (22.5 hours
per week.) The salary budget for both posts will transfer over to
Neighbourhoods & Environment with them, as detailed in Section
6, below.
