Approval granted by the Acting Joint Director for Economy
& Place for the request to appoint EcoVigour as clearance and
enabling contractor for The British Ironworks Phase 1 project and
for Gleeds to commence the tender process for the appointment of
the main contractor to deliver the Phase 1 scheme. The decision
must be implemented before the process of challenge and call in has
been completed because implementation is required
urgently.
