To seek approval from the Strategic Director
of Economy and Environment, in consultation with the Executive
Member for the Environment, Leader and Chief Executive and in
accordance with Contract Standing Order 10.1 to award the contract
for Highway Surface Treatment of 29 no. sites to the estimated
value of £1,615,197.13 for the Highway Surface Treatment
Programme 2026-2027 via direct award under the SEWH framework to
the most economically advantageous Contractor.
