Approval granted to award a revised grant offer of £78,462.41 from the

Welsh Government’s Transforming Towns Placemaking Grant Fund to

the owner of 1 Market Street, Pontypool, in accordance with the terms

and conditions of grant and as approved by the Transforming Towns

Placemaking Programme Board. The revised grant offer comprises an

uplift of £9,538.20 to the original grant award of £68,924.21 dated 6

October 2025 and is in respect of additional unforeseen costs incurred

by the applicant during the construction phase of the project.
