To seek approval from the Strategic Director of Neighbourhoods and Environment, in consultation with the Head of Commissioning and Procurement and in accordance with Contract Standing Order 10.1 to award the contract for SRiC Blaenavon Heritage VC School Proposed Puffin Crossing on Raised Platform to the Contractor with the lowest priced tender for the work at the value of £78,821.13, following a mini tender under the South East Wales Highways Framework.
