To obtain approval under delegated powers to make a Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to temporarily close a public footpath north of Ysgol Bryn Onnen, Varteg within the Abersychan ward (Appendix 1).
