Decision

 Council unanimously agreed:

•         To approve the Torfaen Local Development Plan Annual Monitoring Report 2026 (attached at Appendix A) and its submission to the Welsh Government on or before the 31st October 2026;

•         To agree to delegate any final minor amendments of the Torfaen LDP Annual Monitoring Report 2026 to the Team Leader - Planning Policy & Implementation prior to submission to the Welsh Government and publication on the Council’s website.

•         That the Torfaen LDP 2026 AMR will be submitted to the Welsh Government by 31st October 2026 and will also be published on the Council’s website.
