Approval granted to replace the existing skate park within Pontypool Park with a new concrete freeform skate park facility and to progress proposals for a new pump track within the borough. And to delegate authority to the Joint Director Neighbourhoods and Environment to authorise the procurement process, and award contracts for the design and construction of the facilities.
