To seek approval from the Strategic Director for Children & Family Services to agree an honorarium payment to the Play Service Manager to undertake temporary exceptionally onerous additional responsibilities to review and align the strategies and play sufficiency assessments across the federated councils of Torfaen and Blaenau Gwent from 1st January 2026 and March 31st 2026. This piece of work will impact on time and functions.
