This position has been formally evaluated and graded via the Council's standard Single Status Job Evaluation scheme at Grade 7, SCP 23 to 28, carrying a base salary range of £34,434 to £39,152.

Based on figures verified with Finance, the current corporate employer commitment including full on costs is established at £50,656 per annum at SCP 24, with the full-scale total cost range extending up to a verified maximum of £56,087 per annum at SCP 28.

This structural change is critical to addressing long-term, sustained demand following service expansion and to embedding permanent management resilience within a critical statutory service.
