To seek approval to provide an honorarium equivalent to 3 incremental points to the Head of Revenues & Benefits to recognise that it has been agreed that the employee will provide interim line management to the Revenues & Benefit team based within Blaenau Gwent CBC. It is proposed that the honorarium applies for 6 months from 1st October 2026 to 31st March 2027.
