To seek approval for Abersychan Library &
Fairfield House to be declared surplus to Council requirement and
then the freehold disposal of both properties.

Cabinet agreed:
·        
To approve the site of the former Abersychan
Library and Fairfield House be declared surplus to Council
requirements with effect from the date of this
report.
·        
To authorise the Council’s Asset Management
team to undertake a market disposal of both
properties
·        
To grants specific delegated authority to the
Executive Member for Economy, Skills and Regeneration to determine
any issues pertaining to the market disposal of both properties
that will require member approval, and specifically the disposal
price.
