To seek approval to recruit Occupational
Therapy Assistant’s (OTA’s) into the Occupational
Therapy Team for the summer months to target lower-level OT
referrals which have increased.

To seek approval to use registered OT hours from a position being
vacated in favor of OTA fixed term summer posts to address the
backlog of OTA referrals until September 2024.
