Approval of the following:
 

1.   
After considering comments made during the two
Stakeholder consultations and officers views on them, the 4 Housing
Market Areas as proposed, and the Higher Variant Welsh Government
Projection, be used to inform the Draft Torfaen 2023 Local Housing
Market Assessment;
 

2.   
The Draft Torfaen 2023 Local Housing Market
Assessment (attached to the report at Appendix 1) for submission to
the Welsh Ministers;
 

3.   
After ‘signed-off’ by the Welsh
Government, the current 2020 Torfaen LHMA will be withdrawn and
replaced by the 2023 LHMA, which will be published on the
Council’s website.

 

4.   
The Draft (and signed-off) Torfaen 2023 LHMA be used
to inform various Council documents going forward.
