To approve the adoption of the Welsh
Government “Non Domestic Rates Retail Leisure Hospitality
Rates Relief”.

In respect of Non Domestic Rates, Section 47 (discretionary relief)
of the Local Government Finance Act 1988 will apply as regards the
hereditaments.
