The purpose of this report is to request the
approval of the Strategic Director, Economy & Environment to
make a payment in relation to an honorarium for the Group Leader
– Highways and Transportation. This is to recompense for the
undertaking of additional duties and responsibilities from 8th
January 2024 to 8th July 2024. The 8th July 2024 is a backdrop to
accommodate the current worst case scenario, currently envisaged,
until Economy & Environment senior management tiers are again
at previous levels.
