2.1 Approval is sought to deliver the second
round of the Community Food Grant Scheme with an amended
application process and increased budget.

2.2 Approval is also sought to commence amended second round of the
Food Business Development Grant.

2.3 To delegate power under Section 11.5.8 of the Constitution of
Torfaen County Borough Council to the Group Leader Strategic
Economic Development for the approval of applications made under
both Grant Schemes.
