Council unanimously agreed to:
 
·        
Amend CSO 3, CSO 5 and CSO 10 in the Contract
Standing Orders to reflect the proposed amendment to the Head of
Procurement delegation levels.
·        
Agree that the Monitoring Officer in consultation
with the Members Constitution Working Party amends the constitution
to reflect these changes.
