To seek approval to make a temporary
honorarium payment to the SPF Foundational Economy Project Officer
for the additional duties undertaken relating to specific roles and
responsibilities of the currently vacant Foundational Economy Team
Leader role. The honorarium will be applied to additional duties
undertaken from 1st November 2023 and will end on successful
appointment of the Foundational Economy Team Leader.
