That the Group Leader Asset Management
approves that Torfaen County Borough Council enters into a wayleave
agreement with National Grid Electricity Distribution for the
installation and maintenance of an underground 11KV cable through
Council owned land (Playground & Football Ground) situated off
Alexandra Road, Sebastopol, Pontypool, as per the terms contained
in this report.
