Approval sought to approve the funding of 12
Community Food Grants totalling £118,613.88 under round one
23/24, to pay the grant in two instalments totalling no more than
50% of the overall awarded amount per payment. With a mandatory
monitoring visit taken place before the release of the second
payment and to delegate power under Section 11.5.8 of the
Constitution of Torfaen County Borough Council to the Group Leader
Strategic Economic Development for the approval of applications
made under round one and round two of the Community Food Grant
Scheme.
