To seek approval to enter into a new 1-year
contract with Modern.gov for the provision of their agenda
management software.

The decision to award the subsequent contract to the current
suppliers requires an exemption to the Council’s Contract
Standing Orders under 3.2.1 and 3.2.4 of the CSO.
