Approval from the Strategic Director, Economy
and Environment, in consultation with the Executive Member for
Economy, Skills and Regeneration and the Head of Procurement, to
approve an exemption from Contract Standing Orders in accordance
with CSO 3.2.2 to allow the continued engagement of ACJ Design
Services to deliver professional services for priority Phase 1
building maintenance works at St Albans School in order to meet the
required standards and time-limited programme.
