To obtain approval under delegated powers to
make a Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians Order, under the
provisions of Section 14(1) (b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984, in respect of an approximately 120m section of public
footpath running south from St Dials Road, Cwmbran to Hill Top
Road, Cwmbran.
