Joint Venture Agreement with IDRIS

Council agreed, with the majority voting in favour:
 
·        
for officers to produce a legally binding
Development Agreement for the possible development of energy
infrastructure and commercial land uses on the British in line key
principles set out in this report.
·        
To Delegate authority to the Strategic Director
Adults & Communities and Executive Member Economy Skills and
Regeneration to approve the Development Agreement on condition that
the Development Agreement is in keeping with the key terms set out
in this report.
·        
Agree to the transfer of land to 4iR (as set out in
section 4.4.) at the appropriate time and on condition that
officers confirm that the any pre-requisites in the Development
Agreement have been met.
