? The Local Authority has been unable to
secure a placement for a young person following the ending of their
residential placement.
? As a last resort and in the absence of a suitable alternative, it
has been necessary to ask Children & Family Services employees
to care for and supervise the young person until an identified
placement becomes available.
? A search for residential provision is continuing.
