To seek the approval of the Strategic Director
for Children & Family Services to backfill the vacant Young
Carers Social Worker post for a period of at least 3 months but not
more than 12 months with an additional Community Support
Worker.

To seek the approval of the Strategic Director for Children and
Family Services to fill the proposed Community Support Worker Role
with an existing Family Support Assistant (Employee A) for a period
of at least 3 months but not more than 12 months.

To seek the approval of the Strategic Director for Children and
Family Services to increase Employee A’s contracted hours at
Band 5 from 19 hours to 30 hours per week for a period of at least
3 months but not more than 12 months.

To seek the approval of the Strategic Director for Children and
Family Services to backfill Employee A’s substantive Family
Support Assistant post for a period of at least 3 months but not
more than 12 months utilising the existing Family Support Assistant
group.
