To seek approval from the Strategic Director,
Economy and Environment for:

• the allocation of funds secured through three Section 106
agreements for the provision of adult recreation facilities at the
Birches, West Pontnewydd.

• to grant a new twenty-five year lease for Coed Eva AFC that
will replace their existing running lease.
