? As at the 18th of November 2024, the Family
Placement Team will be carrying five Social Worker vacancies.
? The Family Placement Team continues to undertake the majority of
Viability Assessments and all Form F Assessments ‘in
house’, but due to current capacity issues some Connected
Person’s Assessments have had to be outsourced to independent
assessors.
? It is proposed that from 18.11.2024 Social Worker, Employee
A’s weekly hours increase to 30 hours per week to complete
additional assessments ‘in house’. Employee A is
contracted to work 18.5 hours per week. The proposal will mean an
increase of 11.5 hours per week.
