The update cabinet on the progress of Project
Apollo Energy, and to request approval from cabinet to expand the
programme utilising funds from the climate reserve fund

Cabinet agreed to:

Adopt the expanded Project Apollo Energy Program and approach to
delivery via three distinct phases.

·        
Approve the request of £1,200,971 from the Climate Reserve
Fund to fully deliver Phase 1 of the program and the required staff
resource.
