The Council’s planning function is supported by a Plans Committee responsible for the regulatory responsibilities of the Council including development control, enforcement and the Council’s tree preservation system. The Plans Committee also provide assistance to constituents where appropriate, by advising them to seek pre-application advice and guidance from the Council’s Development Control and Policy Sections.   All Members of the public will be able to attend the meeting in person and will be required to attend if they are registered to speak under public participation.   Any members of the public who want to view the meeting will be able to watch a recording through the Councils YouTube Channel https://tinyurl.com/TorridgeYouTube.
