RESOLVED to
approve the new Unacceptable Behaviour Policy,
attached to the report as Appendix 1, subject to:

I.                
Replacing
the term “Residents” with “Members of the Public” where appropriate in the
Policy document.

II.              
Paragraph
6.3 to read as follows, “Stating that individuals have committed
abusive, criminal, corrupt or perverse conduct without any evidence.”
