RESOLVED that Cabinet:
 
i.                
Proceeds with commissioning a full CIL viability study to assess
the potential for a levy to be applied to and charged upon new
development in the district and provide the council with
recommendations on appropriate potential CIL rates.
ii.               
Agrees to use the financial and specialist support being made
available through Essex County Council to develop a CIL Charging
Schedule.
