RESOLVED to exclude the public and
press due to consideration of reports containing exempt information
within the meaning of section 100I and paragraph 3 of part 1 of
Schedule 12A Local Government Act 1972.
Reasons for the decision
The report attached to Item 13
contained restricted information, as the financial or business
affairs of the authority were to be discussed.
