RESOLVED to:

I.                    Note the contents of this report; and

II.                  Approve transfers to and from Reserves as highlighted at Appendix D.

Reasons for the decision

The report provisionally set out the final financial performance of the Council

for the year ended 31 March 2026, subject to External Audit. It included

outturns for General Fund (GF), Housing Revenue Account (HRA), Capital and

Treasury against the 2025/26 Budget and 2025/26 Treasury Strategy

approved by Council in February 2025.
