appoint Councillor Moran to the Local Plan Panel, following the resignation of
Councillor Criscione from the working group.

Reasons for the decision

In order to appoint Councillor Moran to the Local Plan
Panel, in place of Councillor Criscione, as a Conservative Group appointment.
