RESOLVED:
 
I.                
To approve the submission of the funding bid to PSDS.
II.              
To require officers to include the match funding sum of
£90,681 into the 2025/26 capital programme.
III.           
To note the potential additional annual cost of moving to an ASHP
as set out in paragraph 7.
