Purpose

To approve the position of the councils' housing landlord service, with a focus on compliance against the various legislative requirements

Decision

To approve and publish the Housing Landlord Position Statement for 2026 and lettable standard.

To delegate to the Director of Housing and Environment, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Property and Housing, the ability to make minor amendments to the lettable standard as required.
