RESOLVED: That Cabinet

(a) Approves the revised Joint Property Asset Disposal policy.

(b) Approves the revised Joint Community Asset Transfer policy

(c) Delegates authority to the Director of Development and Corporate Landlord in consultation with the Director of Finance, Director of Policy and Programmes and the Director of Legal and Democratic Services to make minor amendments to the policies as required.
