Works, Goods and Services contract for electrical and building in connection with works to replace the splash pad

Decision

To approve the award of a contract to Splash Pads Enterprises Ltd t/a ‘The Splash’ to replace the surface of the splashpad at the recreation ground at Memorial Park, Manor Road, Wantage and to replace the pumps and associated mechanics and water systems.

To agree for officers to confirm the works by way of a Purchase Order Goods and/or Services terms and to set out the scope of works including relevant insurance requirements.
