Purpose
(1) To approve two amendments to the contract award previously approved in respect of Lot 2, Alton Road (Wandsworth) to Care-Away Limited trading as Care Support, as follows:
(a) Contract Term – reduced from 8-year to 4-year. To include an initial period of 3 years from 6th July 2026, with the option for extension by a period of one year.
(b) Hourly rate- previously agreed at £16.47, which has subsequently increased to a competitive rate of £24.17.
(2) The total estimated contract value over 4 years to include the initial term and the extension option is £3,167,236.
(3) To note that this is an amendment to Standing Orders 83(A) ACH266 approved in February 2022, and HE20 approved in May 2023, to reflect the above revised variations in service contract terms.
