Disposal of land at Lower Derby Road, being historic skateboard park and other adjacent properties.

Decision

Resolved –

1. that the disposal of the land at Lower Derby Road is agreed.
2. that the Director of Regeneration and Growth is authorised, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Property, Resources and Customer Services, to oversee the marketing process, confirm the successful bidder, negotiate the terms of the sale and progress and complete the disposal of land.
