The Executive RESOLVED to:
 
2.1 Agree to support an
additional ARAP family through the Find Your Own Accommodation
pathway.
 
2.2 Delegate authority to the
Assistant Director of Community Services in consultation with the
Strategic Director and Lead Member for Communities to make
decisions on further approaches we receive from the Home Office to
support refugees into the borough.
 
2.3 request that the
resettlement team leader inform councillor Paul Follows of any
refugee moving into the borough under any of these resettlement
schemes. This is in relation to his role as the council’s
armed forces representative.
