Decision
 
That delegated authority is GRANTED to
the Assistant Director, Planning to grant planning permission and
make minor amendments to the wording of conditions subject to the
applicant entering into an appropriate Section 106 Agreement for
SANG and SAMM contributions towards managing and maintaining the
Farnham Park SANG; a contribution towards the off-site provision of
a Local Area of Play (LAP) at Gostrey
Meadow Play Area in Farnham Town Centre; updating the Traffic
Regulation Order to restrict any resident of this development from
obtaining a parking permit within the Farnham Town Centre
Controlled Parking Zone; and subject to conditions 1-14 and
informative 1-11.
