Purpose

To enter into a contract with Netcall for the
provision of hosted IT services

The Executive RESOLVED to:
 
Authorise the Joint Strategic Director of
Finance & Resources and S151 Officer, in consultation with the
Portfolio Holder for Finance, Assets and Property and the relevant
Portfolio Holder for the service area concerned, to enter into a
contract with Netcall Technology for
three years in respect of the provision of customer service
telephony, online forms, and case management.
