To consider the objection to making of a Tree
Preservation Order (TPO) 27/24 and to determine whether the Order
should be confirmed, with or without modification. The Order
relates to two groups of trees;

G1 – 3 beech trees
·        
G2 – 8 beech trees and 2 oak trees
 
 
The trees are of sufficient amenity value to
warrant preservation and it is considered expedient to protect the
trees through the confirmation of the Order.
 
Decision
 
Tree Preservation Order No. 27/24 on land at
and adjacent to 46 The Crescent, Farnham is CONFIRMED
without modification
