Planning permission is GRANTED with delegated
authority granted to the Assistant Director Planning to grant the
planning permission, subject to the conditions set out in the
agenda pack and the amended condition 3, and completion of a
section 106 agreement to secure mitigation of impacts on Thames
Basin Heaths Special Protection Area.
